After several years spent managing the Domaine de la Romanée-Conti, I settled with my wife Pascaline and our three children in the south of France, in the Lagrasse Terroir, of AOC Corbières.
The Romanée-Conti gave me wings : I learned rigour and excellence, a Burgundian vision of winemaking, respect for nature and Terroir, and above all… a desire to create !
The chalice of Grand Crès are the legacy of this experience, a gift I took with me, a symbol of the generosity and conviviality of Burgundy.
Inspired by our passion, it was only natural that our daughter Camille would take up the conductor’s baton, piano piano, as orchestrator of the domaine. She has inherited our zeal, and is now ready to share her creations with the world.
